I won’t sum up the book here, but in a nutshell, if you want to be likeable – as a person, a brand, or a corporation – this book is full of illustrations of how to do just that. Sure you have to deliver on what you say you do but this book makes you want to go bigger, further and better.


Of course, the larger the company, the more resources you’ll have to ensure your story is heard, but the Internet and social media have made it easier than ever to compete as a smaller company. I read Likeable Business through 12 books group, which is an online book club that features a new personal development book to read and discuss each month, and it is definitely a book that I can see myself referencing back to often in the future.
