This is the second novel I’ve read by Lydia Dare. Lydia DareWestfield Brothers. But instead of the witch he finds her daughter, an enchanting redhead who fires his passions as well as his curiosity almost immediately.

I generally prefer vampires over shapeshifters as a heroes of my books but I truly liked Benjamin. There were times when my heart broke for El and Ben. They went through a lot of difficulties and had to work for their Happily Ever After. In the first book Simon was the main character who is the eldest of three brothers. Ben’s wolf wants Elsbeth as his mate and it shows.

Benjamin Westfield has a little problem…his ability to transform into his Lycan form has vanished and he feels compelled to seek out a witch who can heal him This installment takes care of Ben who is the youngest and the one who seems to attract trouble as easily as luring a bee to honey.

Elsbeth and Ben are instantly attracted to each other- as though their souls had been waiting for each other. Ben has lost his wolf, literally. She never knew her father and wishes to find him if only to know why he got her mother pregnant and then left her. The way their love story is written, you can see how they both have reasons for not wanting to fall in love.
