I’ve read several of the Steele Street books and liked them for their fast pace, their gritty depiction of heroes who operate just this side of the law performing secret missions for the government while driving jot classic cars, and their hot, sexy romance between the leads.

It kind of put things into perspective for her, I think. What the bad-boy-turned-American-hero is doing in the deserted tumbleweed town of Cisco, Utah, is an even bigger mystery…until danger trails Regan right to his front door Only the most dire emergency could send paleontologist Regan McKinney racing across the West in search of a man.

I read this entire series a while ago. Dec 24, Danielle Gypsy Soul rated it it was ok. And thus these two meet after 13 years and within a few hours there’s bombs blasts hither and thither slightly injuring our heroine which prompts our hero to gear up to his bodyguard mode, another member of that gang killed and all evidence again points to Christian. I’m so glad I did! I’ll definitely be rereading these books. If I had a week all to myself, I’d read every single book in this series and I know I’d enjoy every second. Apr 17, Gina rated it it was amazing. I could buy that Regan and Quinn had enough history for things to yot fairly quickly, but Nikki and Kid, not so much.

I knew I had to suspend disbelief to enjoy this book and I was fully prepared to do so, but Ms. So Travis must play a dangerous cray game of his own. This book deserved the big 5. She described the surroundings magically, making you feel like you’re actually there, and the characters have pasts, are compassionate, full of life, and the story line never drags.

If you’re like me, your only regret will be if you don’t have the next book in the series on hand to start after you finish reading this one.

Regan and Quinn were both about 16 and he walked in on her when she was chan Actually between a 3. Am curious about one thing. Kid leaves Nikki to go and try to find them.

When they eventually made love, the scene was spicy and there was a sweet connection between them even though they were definitely light-years apart on the social stratosphere. I am hoping there will be a fut I was very sad with this book.

When Royce’s goons started coming after the ‘cupcake’, Smith was forced to hide her in his room. But it would’ve been soooo much better had Travis, the supposed main character, story been more interesting. I loved, loved, loved these books. Again, very fast paced and very hot. Kid’s brother JT was murdered in Columbia and Nikki helps him with his grief until he leaves again for vengeance. As far as positives, both couples were likeable with great chemistry, and I rooted for their happy ending. He was then pardoned two years later and went on to go tsra being a car thief to a military man.

I’m officially a Steele Street Strumpet I love the cars in these books. Anxious to get to Book Three, Crazy Wild. Other than that I loved it!

May 17, Crista rated it it was amazing Shelves: I loved the whole aspect of them being gearheads and using their car know-how to do their job. He has it coming after “taking liberties” in the line of duty, I’d say.
